Pine Hill Mini Doodle puppies are born in our home birthing area with our assistance. They are introduced to their human companions from the minute they are whelped and also throughout their first few weeks of life until they leave their mom. This gives our puppies a great social foundation for being around people of all ages. 
Our puppies are raised in our home which allows them to become used to household activities. All of our dogs and puppies live inside our home with us, not in basements, outside, or in crates.  

Simple training begins as puppies become more independent and are ready to leave for their new family.

Our mission is to provide you, the buyer, with a puppy that not only is beautiful, but also healthy, free of hereditary issues, and very well socialized. I take socializing puppies very seriously and spend hours with our puppies making sure they introduced to various sounds, sights, textures, toys, humans and other dogs. From the minute they are born we are handling them, letting them smell us and introducing them to a whole new world. House training and simple commands begin as puppies become more independent and are ready to leave  to be with their new family.

1. Your new puppy will come to you with a health guarantee for up to two (2) years. 
2.  First vaccination, worming, microchip, healthy vet check and all health records. We will register your microchip for you (a one time $17.50 fee is added onto your final payment.)  
3. A puppy blanket that all the pups & mom play with so your puppy will have scent's of it's littermates & mom while transitioning to it's new home, along with a few days of the puppy kibble that we feed the pups while with us.
4. All puppies are introduced to crate and house training. They begin to explore the outside world when they are about 4-5 weeks old. 
5. A lifetime of support from us! 

• Buyer will receive dog with all current health records, first vaccination, de-worming schedule, micro-chip and a clean bill of health from seller’s licensed veterinarian. 
• This dog is guaranteed for one (1) year from date of sale against; eye retina displacement, debilitating coronary diseases, thyroid disease and patella requiring surgery. Hip displacement is guaranteed for up to two (2) years from date of sale.  
• If the buyers’s licensed veterinarian determines that this dog has a defect/illness as listed above, proof of illness must be provided to seller and seller’s licensed veterinarian. Buyer must agree to have this dog examined by seller’s licensed veterinarian. The buyer is responsible for any and all veterinarian care expenses, including travel to have dog examined by seller’s veterinarian. If this dog is determined to have a defect/illness as listed above and and buyer wishes to return this dog, then seller will accept the return of this dog and replace it with a seller’s choice dog and litter. Adoption and any and all other fees or deposits paid to seller are non refundable.  
• Any illness, or injury illness due to viral illness, parasites, infections, bites or any injury or illness due to physical injury, ingestion of objects, behavioral issues or neglect or mistreatment by the buyer are not covered by this health guarantee.
